Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record shipping breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Deep expertise in theoretical physics and computational complexity
