You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, patent pending startups, and Fortune 500 partners to transform theoretical concepts into scalable solutions. Our Austin-based innovation hub offers unparalleled resources including quantum labs and AI testbeds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and product engineers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureFounders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ emerging tech commercializations
- Proven track record of securing federal SBIR grants and corporate partnerships
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Experience with ISO 20700 innovation management systems
