Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and human-machine symbiosis
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and EU Quantum Flagship initiatives
- Present annual innovation forecasts to C-suite and Board of Directors with 5-year strategic impact projections
- Manage $15M R&D budget for breakthrough projects in neuro-interfaces and autonomous systems
- Mentor Innovation Fellows through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Drive organizational adoption of ISO 20700 standards for ethical AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior innovation strategy with proven delivery of market-shifting initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering preferred
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum on emerging tech governance
- Expertise in TRIZ methodology and scenario planning for 2030+ horizons
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Innovation Competition Act, and global tech policy
- Track record leading $10M+ R&D budgets with 3+ successful commercialized innovations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
