- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with quarterly strategic pivots based on tech evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of future-oriented products launched within 3-year timelines
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or circular economy tech
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EPA)

- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth tech environments
