Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough products
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
- Measure impact through KPIs and optimize innovation pipelines quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with 3+ years future-horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication for presenting visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent experience
