- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into market-ready innovations
- Secure $10M+ in funding through investor partnerships and government grants
- Present vision to C-suite and board of directors for strategic alignment
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to visualize 5-10 year tech horizons
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
