Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their market implications
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
