Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through market research and ecosystem analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure budget approvals
- Mentor emerging talent and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation, R&D, or product strategy leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or Web3
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development skills
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future technologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
