Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough products with global impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs in our state-of-the-art labs
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of specialists in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
- Secure multi-million dollar innovation grants and funding for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Quantum Physics
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful futuristic products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to balance technical feasibility with market disruption
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Strong network within global research institutions and tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
