- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market-disrupting potential
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in quantum algorithms
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks across product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier innovation journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and tax incentives
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation bodies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
