Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology prototypes (AI/quantum/biotech fusion)
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year technological evolution trends
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable product specifications
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Monitor emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for integration
- Mentor junior innovators in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (2018-2025 portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications (2026 horizon)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
