Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead quantum/AI integration projects targeting 10x efficiency improvements
- Identify and partner with emerging tech startups for strategic acquisitions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI tracking frameworks
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Foster an internal innovation lab with rapid prototyping capabilities
Qualifications
- 12+ years in innovation strategy, tech leadership, or R&D management
- Experience with quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain at scale
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strategic partnerships with FAANG or equivalent tech ecosystems
- Certifications in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Prior experience with future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
