- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in emerging technologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $3M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Fluency in agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
