What you'll achieve:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Identify and capitalize on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry pioneers and research institutions
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all business units
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Innovation Framework with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Oversee compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks (AI governance, data ethics)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech convergence, decentralized systems)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
