Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier innovation journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certified in futures research (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent professional designation
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work topics
