- Present innovation frameworks and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists, fostering a culture of radical creativity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
