Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for next-generation technologies
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption patterns
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in innovation trends
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
