Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead scenario planning for regulatory shifts in autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech incubation programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor PhD fellows in our 2026 Vision Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year commercial horizons
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Experience with futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in computational physics, bioengineering, or systems theory
