Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and academic research institutions
- Translate market trends into actionable innovation frameworks
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in English with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills
