Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption velocity
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D hubs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services with $10M+ ARR
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Blue Ocean, S-Curve, TRIZ)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech platforms
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
