Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation management, R&D leadership, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex visions
