- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Oversee R&D pipeline for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
- Mentor teams in adaptive innovation methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
