Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state vision and implementation milestones
- Design scalable business models for emerging markets and next-generation consumer ecosystems
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation maturity and market readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification
- Track record of launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
