Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends and competitive threats in global markets
- Design and execute R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets for next-gen tech development
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in innovation management, R&D leadership, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record launching commercialized technologies with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning, patent strategy, and technology lifecycle management
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
