- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with innovation focus
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation from concept to enterprise deployment
