Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and neurotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business opportunities for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Manage R&D portfolio allocation for next-generation technology incubation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with measurable market impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, patent landscaping)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercialization projects
