Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities in sustainability and human augmentation
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in emerging domains like neuromorphic engineering and climate tech
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks with measurable impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Track record of securing >$5M in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM, CIPD) or equivalent
