Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems) for market viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and government innovation labs
- Present disruptive technology blueprints to C-suite and investors
- Drive sustainability metrics into all innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused R&D methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon 2030 programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-ready innovation concepts
