Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive market analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory shifts in post-2025 digital governance landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects and experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or biotech integration strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (ACF/PCF preferred)
- Experience managing global remote innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of post-2025 regulatory and ethical tech frameworks
