Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends for 2026
- Develop quantitative models forecasting market impacts, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior changes
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-state scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven investment strategies
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Global network with innovation leaders in Silicon Valley, EU, and APAC regions
