You'll operate at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and human-centric design to shape our roadmap for the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 corporate innovation strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
- Lead market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with venture capital firms, startups, and academic institutions
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and geopolitical trends affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture and innovation ecosystems
- Experience developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable KPIs for innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM) preferred
