Responsibilities

- Analyze disruptive technologies' societal impact and regulatory implications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and forward-thinking enterprises
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020s-era tech implementations
