Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
