Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to identify $1B+ opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present tech-forward strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry white papers
