Responsibilities
- Design 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with quantum computing advancements and AI regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping next-gen sustainable energy systems
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment scenarios
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon 2077 initiatives
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive patent development in quantum-resistant cryptography and biodegradable electronics
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading innovation strategy in Fortune 500 tech or aerospace sectors
- Published research in Nature/Science on emergent technologies post-2025
- Proficiency in simulating quantum algorithms and AI neural network architectures
- Deep understanding of UN SDG 14 (Life Below Water) and SDG 7 (Affordable Clean Energy)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to global markets
