Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological and market evolution
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Facilitate executive innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Translate future-vision into measurable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Pioneer quantitative/qualitative methodologies for forecasting emerging markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business models
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
