Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to develop breakthrough products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Secure multi-million dollar budgets for strategic initiatives and innovation labs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor innovation champions across global offices
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using advanced analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional financial modeling and budget management skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
- Portfolio of patented innovations or industry-shifting projects
