Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design scalable innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or product development
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovation launches
