Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on market disruptors and regulatory shifts
- Design scalable implementation pilots for Fortune 500 clients
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build external innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and methodologies
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
