Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year market projections
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption curves (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFt) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementation at scale
