- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business strategy
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and resource allocation
- Drive thought leadership through industry whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M revenue impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Prior work in venture capital or corporate innovation labs preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic storytelling abilities
