Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate, healthcare, and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and space economics
- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and international policy forums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (highly valued)
