- Lead a 25-member cross-functional team of quantum physicists, AI specialists, and UX designers
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies, delivering quarterly milestones with 99.9% reliability
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley pioneers and academic institutions
- Present project vision and progress to C-suite executives and potential investors
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols across all project phases
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 8+ years of AI/quantum leadership experience
- Proven track record delivering complex tech projects with $30M+ budgets
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with Fortune 500 executives
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent technical publications
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
