Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026-generation quantum hardware interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum cryptographic threats
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization strategies
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems architecture
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in NISQ-era hardware constraints and mitigation strategies
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical stakeholders
- Security clearance eligibility (government projects may require)
