Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Develop error-correction protocols enabling stable 1000+ qubit operations
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times beyond 24-hour thresholds
- Create security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Define roadmaps for quantum machine learning acceleration
- Author whitepapers on quantum advantage in industrial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature/Science) since 2020
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-quantum discipline projects
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Certification in quantum security architecture (QSA)
