Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for 2026-era computational requirements
- Develop error-corrected qubit systems with >99.9% fidelity targets
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem domains
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data networks
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier conferences
- Strong knowledge of Shor's, Grover's, and VQE algorithms
