Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 128+ qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning models
- Document quantum architectures in patentable technical specifications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through hands-on workshops
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/bosonic codes)
- Familiarity with NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
