Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures capable of executing complex algorithms by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum processors with >1,000 qubits
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Create patentable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Document architectural blueprints and implementation roadmaps for stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum computing systems or superconducting hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
