Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges in scalable systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance strategies
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
