Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for industrial applications
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Publish research in Nature Physics/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure development with AWS/Azure partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic engineering
- Mastery of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 scalability roadmaps
- Ability to secure $1M+ in R&D funding through DOE/NIST grants
